I was in a bad car accident in February and have been dealing with significant pain in my right hip since. It was recommended that I try Pilates. Chad was thorough in his evaluation of my injuries. He took the time to explain the foundation of each move and why it was important to my specific limitations. Because of this, after one session my pain was significantly reduced! I have been training with Chad for over two years. His movements are tried and true. I have a herniated disc in my back. I went to physical therapy for quite some time without much relief. Doing Pilates which incorporate these exercises with Chad have gained me a much stronger lower back. In fact, I now run short distances without pain. I do these exercises at home regularly. Awesome video Chad, this is a really powerful topic. So many people talk and talk about living their dreams, but they never even attempt to pursue them. Many people find themselves unhappy in their careers and other life situations but don't push to create a better, more fulfilling life for themselves.
